
Chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council Fayez Sarraj had talks in Stuttgart, Germany on Thursday with US Africa Command (AFRICOM) commander Thomas D. Waldhauser and US envoy to Libya Jonathan Winer.
In a statement, the council's media office said the talks tackled the latest developments concerning the US raids on Daesh in Sirte in support of the Libyan government's war to liberate Sirte from Daesh.
Serraj and Winer discussed partnership in combating terror and US' aid to hone Libyan forces skills.
The talks also addressed the latest developments at the political, security and military levels in the Arab state.
