Sharjah Crown Prince appoints advisor to Sharjah Department

H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Executive Council, has issued Administrative Resolution No. 25 of 2016 regarding the appointment of an advisor to the Sharjah Department of Real Estate Registration.

According to the resolution, Humaid Ali Al Abbar Al Shamsi will be appointed as an advisor to the Sharjah Department of Real Estate Registration according to allowances of the temporary employment Contract 'B' in the Emirate of Sharjah, and shall be granted a monthly salary.

It also stipulates that the advisor will have authority under the supervision of the department's higher administration. Under the articles of the resolution, the Director-General of the department, Chairman of the Government of Sharjah Human Resources Directorate and other competent authorities should implement the provisions of the resolution. It will be effective from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
