Egypt's Defense Minister Field Marshal Abdel-Fattah el-Sisi has wore uniform during his meeting with Russia's President Vladimir Putin has been due to protocol procedures, a strategic and security expert has said.Sameh Seifel-Yazal's remarks came amid controversy aroused because of Sisi's appearance in military uniform despite his departure from Cairo in a suit.Speaking to Al-Arabiya satellite channel, Seifel-Yazal said Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu wore civilian clothes during his visit to Egypt on October 14, and so did Sisi.He praised Putin's announcement that he would support Sisi if he decided to run for presidency and expressed the Russian desire to be the world's first major country to welcome such a move by Sisi as a prelude to deeper ties in the next phase.
