
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi left here on Friday wrapping up a three-day visit to China heading for Indonesia, the third leg of an Asian tour that took him also to Singapore.
President Sisi held talks in Beijing with President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Keqiang on bilateral relations along with regional and international issues of common concern together with means of fighting terrorism.
President Sisi also held talks with heads of major Chinese companies and finance corporations on means of promoting joint cooperation and increasing investments in Egypt.
Sisi's visit to China comes at an invitation from the Chinese president to attend celebrations marking the anniversary of victory in World War II.
A top-ranking delegation including the ministers of foreign affairs, investment, trade and electricity accompanied president Sisi during the visit.
