A member of the Syrian National Coalition for Opposition and Revolutionary Forces, Abdulbasit Seyda on Wednesday said that "the ball was now in the field of every country" referring to a declaration announced at the Arab League Summit in Doha which touched on the issue of providing arms to the Free Syrian Army (FSA). Speaking to the Anadolu Agency (AA), Seyda underlined that the Arab League statement which said every country had a right to provide military aid to the Syrian people and the FSA was "historically important". "Leaders of the Syrian National Coalition and Arab leaders are holding talks to arm the Syrian opposition. We have received several promises already," Seyda stressed.
