South Korean FM stresses importance of cooperation with Eurasia

South Korea's new foreign minister Yun Byung-se spoke to his Russian counterpart by phone Friday, stressing the importance of cooperation between Seoul and Eurasia, his office said. In a 30-minute phone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Segey Lavrov, Yun pitched Seoul's relations with the region as "one of the new government's most important foreign policies," the foreign ministry here said.
