Spanish Foreign Minister Trinidad Jimenez canceled on Thursday her scheduled visit next November 27th due to the formation of a new Libyan.Local media quoted sources in the Spanish foreign ministry as saying that the minister looked forward for heading a business delegation to Libya, with the aim of boosting trade and economic ties between the two sides.The sources added the formation of the new cabinet would change the country's infrastructure, including financial institutions in the next period, which would affect the importance of the visit.Jimenez was due to meet the President of Libyan National Transition Council (NTC) Mustapha Abduljalil, Prime Minister Abdulrahim Al-Kaib, and Libyan Oil Minister Ali Al-Tarhouni.
