Rajoy was asked to "tell the truth or resign" during his speech in the Parliament. Luis Morago, an official of Avaaz, conveyed collected signatures to the representatives of all opposition parties one by one. Morago who wanted Rajoy "to tell the truth about the Barcenas event and reveal the responsibles" in his speech in parliament on August 1, said otherwise they would demand the resignation of the PM and demand early elections.
