
The Special Envoy of the Indian Prime Minister, Minister of State for Agriculture Sanjeev Kumar Balyanobserved Sunday a minute’s silence at the Martyrs’ Memorial in Algiers, in memory of the martyrs of the Algerian Revolution (1954-1962).
The Special Envoy of Indian Prime Minister laid a wreath of flowers at the memorial stone and observed a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs of national liberation war.
The Indian official visited the National Museum of Mujaheed (war veteran) where he received explanations on the different phases of Algeria’s history, particularly the National Liberation War. Then, he signed the golden book.
