
Sudanese Vice President Bakri Hassan Saleh welcomed German desire to support the comprehensive national dialogue via attempts to persuade the Sudanese opposition and armed moves to join that dialogue.
This came during a meeting between Saleh and Head of East Africa Division in the German Foreign Ministry Marian Schuegraf.
Both sides agreed on continuing discussions over the national dialogue via detailed sessions and discussions between the bodies concerned.
The meeting also took up means to boost German-Sudanese relations especially in the field of investments and benefiting from the Sudanese resources for the interest of both states along with urging the German companies to invest in Sudan during the coming stage.
