At least five persons were wounded when a suicide blast hit the convoy of a Pakistan's former religious leader on Monday. The convoy of Qazi Hussain Ahmed was travelling to Mohmand tribal agency from Peshawar city to hold a public meeting when a suicide bomber blew himself up, his party officials confirmed to KUNA. Qazi remained unhurt, but his five guards sustained serious injuries, said officials, adding two vehicles were also damaged. Some segments of local media reported that the suicide bomber was a female, yet this was not officially confirmed yet. Qazi hussain was the former Ameer of Jamait-e-Islami party and an important part of former President Pervez Musharraf's religious alliance.
