Syria keen to continue Geneva negotiations

Syria's chief delegate to Geneva II Conference, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Waild Al-Moallem affirmed on Thursday that his delegation is determined to continue this round of talks with the opposition."We will pursue the talks with seriousness, readiness, and responsibility to implement Geneva 1 communique and resume dialogue on ending violence and combating terrorism, SANA quoted Al-Moallem as saying during his meeting with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov. "We are still committed to the political track according to Geneva 1 communique," he said, adding that the Syrian delegation will attend the next round when agreement is made with them on its deadline.
