A total of 193,767 Syrian refugees are currently taking shelter in Turkey, Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate (AFAD) said Tuesday. According to the AFAD's statement, there are 14 refugee camps in Turkey, including five tent cities in Hatay province, three in Gaziantep, two in Sanliurfa and one each in Kahramanmaras, Osmaniye, Adana and Adiyaman. The statement said 303,395 Syrians had entered Turkey so far but many of them returned to Syria. It added all the Syrian refugees in Turkey have been provided with shelter, food, and services of health care, security, social activities, education, worship, translation, banking and communication in the camps.
