Iraqi President Jalal Talabani said that the problems between the Governments of the Kurdistan region and the central are soluble and must be worked on to resolve them through the application of the Constitution . He said during his meeting with Erbil organizations of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and the cadres and members of parliament as well as the government officials and party officers of the PUK in Arbil: "according to the Constitution, the Army should not be involved in political disputes and should not be dragged to internal problems. Talabani called: "the Kurdistan Alliance to engage in dialogue with the Iraqi National Alliance to address the problems, adding that the tense situations that occurred because of the formation of the Tigris operations command serve chauvinists, and the Kurds have the logic and the Constitution to confront them. He added "We must maintain Kurdish- Shiite Alliance - which serves all parties, because it is an alliance between Kurds and Arabs, Sunnis and Shiites and a coalition between the country's north and central and south. Talabani pointed out to the latest events and developments in the region, stressing that the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan supports the demands and rights of the Syrian people in general and the Kurdish people in particular, who has the right to live in freedom, democracy and the protection of its regions.
