
The third ministerial meeting of the strategic dialogue between the GCC countries and China is scheduled to begin in Beijing on 17th of January . The GCC delegation is headed by Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Kuwait Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister and Chairman of the current session of the Ministerial Council of the GCC, with the participation of Dr. Abdul Latif Rashid Al Zayani, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council and delegates from GCC countries. Dr. Al Zayani stated that the meeting comes within the framework of the strategic dialogue between the GCC and China. He added that the two sides will discuss strengthening the relations between them in various fields to serve their common interests. He added that the two sides will discuss achievements and targets in the joint action plan for economic, investment and technical cooperation during the period 2012 - 2015, in addition to regional developments in the region and issues of common interest.
