
Stalled negotiations between Greece and itsinternational creditors over the cash-strapped country's austerity plan will resume on February 24, dpa cited the Finance Ministry as saying Tuesday.The aim is to complete the talks and receive a positiverecommendation from the so-called troika - the European Commission,European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) - byMarch 7 so that Greece can receive its next bailout disbursements, Finance Minister Yannis Stournaras told Skai television.The finance minister expressed confidence that Greece would receive agood assessment, saying Athens had implemented 78 per cent of thereforms demanded.Negotiations between Greek authorities and the troika have beenstalled since September on several issues, most notably the size ofthis year's projected fiscal gap.
