Tunisia urges France to boost mutual security relations to combat terror

Tunisian Foreign Minister Taieb Baccouche urged France to boost mutual security relations in order to receive the best equipment used to combat terrorism in Tunisia as well as protecting its borders from terrorists.
This came after Baccouche's meeting with French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve here on Thursday.
During the meeting, Baccouche asserted that everybody is now targeted by terrorists, adding that "we have to be cautious and support each others in combating terrorism."
He added that his country depends on receiving modern equipment from France to monitor the borders and airports as well as other effective means that help in terror combat including social and economic aid that aims to develop poor areas in Tunisia as well as attracting more investments to combat poverty and unemployment.
