The Turkish government spokesman, Bulent Arinc, declared in a conference last night that his country will not host Khaled Mesh'al and will not accept to have Hamas's offices in Ankara. Arinc also said that Ankara would not host Khaled Mesh'al and that Hamas is an illegal party. He said that they would not tolerate Hamas working in Turkey and that Turkey is very eager to see the Israeli-Palestinian conflict come to an end. He added that the reports about Turkey funding Hamas are untrue, despite the relationship between Ankara and Gaza. This is considered as the second strike against Hamas; because Jordan also refused to let them have offices representing them in Amman, during Mesh'al's meeting with the King of Jordan.
