The 121st Turkey-EU joint parliamentary committee is to take place on Friday at the Belgian capital of Brussels. The committee, responsible for the evaluation of issues stemming from the Ankara Agreement signed on September 12, 1963 between Turkey and the EEC, is to discuss partnership relation and the latest developments and problems in the negotiation process. "Political and Economic Criteria,"Justice and Internal Affairs," "Energy," "Transportation," Environment and Climate Change," "Customs Union and Free Trade Agreements" and "Financial Aid" topics as well as the "Positive Agenda" issues are on the agenda of the committee for the meeting. Representatives from several other Turkish ministries alongside Turkish Ministry of EU Affairs will be present at the meeting.
