Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that those, who had blood in their hands and caused death of 100,000 people in Syria, could not join the negotiation process. Ongoing tyranny in Syria should stop immediately, and sufferings of Syrians should be ended, and a new process, which reflects the will of Syrian people, should start in order to build a strong Syria, Davutoglu told reporters prior to his departure for Jordan. Recalling that a decision in principle had been made to set up a transition government in Syria during Geneva meeting on June 26, 2012, Davutoglu said that another decision was that those who had blood in their hands would not take part in this process. Davutoglu expressed hope that all diplomatic efforts for a permanent solution would be supported, implemented and advanced.
