Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag has said on Tuesday that the new Turkish constitution would take effect after referendum anyway. Deputy PM Bozdag replied the questions of reporters after his meeting with Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior & Equal Opportunity Joelle Milquet at the Prime Ministry in Turkish capital province, Ankara. Bozdag touched on the works of the new constitution and said, "There will be a referendum, if there was a triple reconciliation anyways. If there is a duplex reconciliation, then the same result would show up again." Furthermore, more than an hour long meeting between Bozdag and Milquet was held closed to the media.
