Turkey's Parliament fails to pass controversial security bill

Turkey's Parliament has failed to pass a domestic security bill prepared by Turkey's ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) after triggering fist-fights popular debate in the country.
Turkey has gone through three days of unruly scenes mirrored in the parliament session when seven members of the main opposition Republican's People Party (CHP) were left injured.
Turkey's opposition parties, strongly opposed to the government-driven security bill for mounting concerns over freedom of speech, Hurriyet Daily News said.
Turkey’s opposition fears that the bill will effectively create a police state under President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
