Turkish entrepreneur appointed as ambassador of the World Entrepreneurship Forum to Turkey

World Entrepreneurship Forum based in France , comprised of 80% entrepreneurs including business or social entrepreneurs, 20% policy-makers, experts and academics, has announced Turkish entrepreneur Baybars Altuntas as the Ambassador of the World Entrepreneurship Forum to Turkey-Balkans Region on Monday. Altuntas was the only entrepreneurial guru to be granted a personal audience with President Barack Obama at the Presidential Summit on Entrepreneurship in Washington D.C. His books have been translated into many languages and have become best sellers in each of them. His bestselling book ‘Off the Bus, Into a BMW’ broke a record for being published 24 times within 6 months. Altuntas is the pioneer of the franchising system in Turkey and the Balkan countries. He is the founder of the Turkish Franchising Association which represents Turkey at the World Franchising Counsel.
