Turkish jets hit PKK targets in north of Iraq

Turkish General Staff said on Sunday that jets hit two PKK targets in the north of Iraq. A General Staff statement said jets hit two terrorist targets in Zap and Hakurk regions in north of Iraq on Saturday night. "After surveillance and target analysis in north of Iraq, Turkish Air Forces jets effectively hit two terrorist targets (shelter and cave) in Zap and Hakurk regions at night on February 11, 2012," the statement said. The statement also said jets returned to their bases safely. (Wrld Bulletin)
