Turkish Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek on Wednesday stated that the government would make a legal arrangement if necessary during the process of the resolution of the Kurdish issue. Cicek answered the questions of the journalists on his way to the opening of the Second Public Ethics Conference organized by the Institute of Public Administration for Turkey and Middle East (TODAIE). Upon being reminded of the demand for a legal arrangement during the process of the resolution of the Kurdish issue, Cicek stated that the process was prosecuted by the government. "The government is the addressee of these issues. It is not appropriate for me to make an evaluation regarding an issue I have no information about. The government will make an arrangement if a necessity arises. However, when one feels its necessary another might not,"Cicek said. Cicek also added that it would be wiser to make statements by gathering information from the related people in the government otherwise confusions could take place.
