
The UAE has condemned the terrorist attack in the Pakistani city of Lahore, which claimed the lives of scores of innocent civilians and left many people injured.
In a statement released today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation highlighted its support for all measures Pakistan might deem necessary to protect its security and stability.
The statement expressed the UAE's solidarity with the Pakistani government and people out of its firm position of rejecting all forms and manifestations of terrorism regardless of motivation and justification, wherever, whenever and by whomsoever they are committed.
It called for concerted efforts by the international community to work at eradicating all forms of terrorism and expressed its condolences to the Pakistani government and people, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
