A high-level delegation from the Ministry of Interior has visited the Security '&' Policing Exhibition, the UK's premier security and law enforcement exhibition, held in London from 12-14 March. The UAE delegation, led by Major General Sheikh Taleb bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, got insight into the world leading technologies, products and solutions to police services, government departments, organisations and agencies from the UK and overseas. The head of UAE team met with top UK police officers to discuss prospects of exchanging expertise in security fields. He said the visit fell within the Ministry's strategy to enable its personnel gain knowledge and sharpen skills. The event is aimed at police, law enforcement and security professionals who are tasked with security, civil protection and National Resilience. Security '&' Policing showcases world leading products and services, taking advantage of the unique opportunity to bring together people with operational needs with companies that have the relevant solutions, all within a secure environment.
