Ukrainian PM resigns amid political unrest

Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov announced Tuesday that he submitted his resignation, in a bid to resolve the country’s political crisis peacefully.The Ukrainian cabinet announced the news today. Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich is yet to accept the resignation .However, Azarov warned that the current crisis was a threat to economic and social development in Ukraine. The government , he added ,has worked relentlessly during the crisis to ensure that the economy and social security remain functional.
