The US military says it has reached an agreement with Afghan President Hamid Karzai on a plan for gradually pulling out American forces from an eastern province.The international military coalition said in a Wednesday statement that commander Gen. Joseph Dunford agreed with President Karzai to remove troops first from Nerkh district of Wardak province and then later from other districts. The statement says international forces and members of a government-backed militia force will be replaced with Afghan army and police.Afghan Defense Ministry spokesman Gen. Zahir Azimi confirmed that there has been a deal in a news conference in the capital, according to a report of the Associated Press.
