The University of Bahrain (UoB)'s Chancellor, Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Janahi, emphasized the Kingdom of Bahrain's comprehensive development march proceeds to foster a series of pioneering world-class initiatives in research studies at various levels. This came as Dr. Janahi was commenting on the upcoming (Bahrain International Seminar) slated to be co-organized by the UoB and the US Council next week (Sunday-Monday). These the initiative HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of inviting the creation of an Arab Human Rights' Court which met with Arab and worldwide acclamation. Dr. Janahi also cited the epoch-making initiative of HM the King ordering the formation of the Bahrain Commission of Inquiry (BICI) which was an unprecedented move towards reformation in the Kingdom of Bahrain and constant modernization, adding that a stereotype image of Bahrain is not confined only to being a cosmopolitan and peaceful country but also as a leading modern country in various levels, including the benefits from the outcomes of the upcoming Bahrain International Seminar. The seminar will be organized during UoB's academic semester in order to provide students and professors the opportunity to attend and benefit from the discussions, ideas, mutual interaction and be introduced to Arab and international expertise in politics, economics, ideology, etc. The seminar will be presented by leading international experts for instance: former Jordanian Premier, Dr. Abdul-Salam Al-Majali, former US Congressman Dan Burton, former US Congressman and lawmaker Solomon Ortiz, former US Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton, former British Defense Minister Hone William Fox (currently an MP), Dr. Jack Sobilsa chairman of the International Geographic Academy, professor James Phillips, Humpty-Dumpty Institute's Chancellor Ralf Kerman, Marcos International Institution Chairman Bart Marcos, and Virginia University associate professor William Neumann, etc.
