Vodafone Qatar to hold EGM and AGM June 19

Vodafone Qatar will hold its Extraordinary General Assembly and Ordinary Annual General Assembly Meetings for shareholders at Grand Hyatt Hotel here on June 19. Approval to amend articles 26.1 and 26.2, while deletion of articles 26.4/26.5 and amending article 31 of the Articles of Association are key points on the agenda for the EGM. Discussing and approving the company's balance sheet and profit and loss accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 figure on the agenda for the ordinary General Assembly Meeting. The ordinary assembly will also review the Board of Directors' report, the auditor's report, the corporate governance report for the year 2012-2013. The meetings will start at 7pm after registration of shareholders, Vodafone Qatar said.
