Peter Robinson is expected to reiterate his support for the development of a shared education system during his keynote speech at the DUP conference. The party's elected representatives and supporters are meeting in County Down this weekend. The conference got under way on Friday with speeches from Nelson McCausland and Edwin Poots. Mr Poots told delegates he was not afraid of taking the hard decisions needed in the health service. During his keynote speech Mr Robinson is also expected to repeat his support for shared education and to stress his commitment to the Stormont Executive's target of creating 25,000 jobs over the next four years. Mr McCausland, the Social Development Minister, indicated that he may mimic Scotland by handing out yellow card warnings to Housing Executive tenants involved in anti-social behaviour.
