Yemen and Saudi Arabia discussed on Saturday several issues of joint security and the possible means to activate the security agreements signed between the two countries.This came in a meeting brought to gather Interior Minister Abdul-Qader Qahtan and Saudi counterpart Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz held on the sidelines of the 30th session of the Arab Interior Ministers Council concluded recently in Riyadh.Qahtan and Mohammed reviewed the internal and external challenges facing the two neighboring countries' security as well as the ways to strengthen cooperation in fields of training and enhancing the coastguards' capacities.The ministers stressed the need to combat terrorism by all means.The meeting also dealt with the latest developments on the Yemeni arena and what has been achieved so far under the Gulf initiative.
