Yemeni president meets head of EU mission in Sanaa

Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi met today with Head the European Union Mission to Yemen Ambassador Bettina Muchyt. The meeting dealt with relations between Yemen and European Union countries. Hadi said his country is looking forward to further cooperation and partnership with EU countries, praising the efforts of the European Union in support of development programmes and provision of expertise to restructuring programmes of the Yemeni Interior Ministry . For her part, Muchyt stressed that the European Union will continue support of Yemen at the current stage , and the next stages of the transformation process taking place in the country . She also expressed appreciation for the steps made by the Yemeni Comprehensive National Dialogue Conference which is about to conclude, considering it a unique experience in the region the deserves support.
