Yemeni Shura's speaker receives head of Bahraini delegation to ASSECAA's meeting

The Shura Council’s Speaker Abdul-Rahman Mohamed Ali Othman received in his residence in Burundi head of the Bahraini delegation to the meeting of the Association of Senates, Shura and Equivalent Councils in Africa and in the Arab World (ASSECAA). During the meeting, they dealt with the role of the two countries in sponsoring the activity of the ASSECAA, which the Kingdom of Bahrain is presiding its current session and Yemen is hosting the headquarters of its General-Secretariat. Othman appreciated the attention of the Bahraini brothers to develop the Association and achieve the desired goals in the joint cultural projects. For his part, head of the Bahrain delegation, Chairman of the Committee of external relations, defense and security Dr. Khaled bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, expressed his appreciation for the role of the Yemeni Shura Council in the Association.
