Gomis claims racial abuse from Ajaccio fans

I even had a banana thrown at me," the France international revealed in an interview to L'Equipe."I got carried away. I thought about my black brothers but I should have held myself back."I apologise because I should have set an example as a professional," he added.Lyon's victory set up a final showdown with either third-division side Quevilly or Rennes, with the two teams meeting in the second semi-final on Wednesday.
