Attack on Banha security checkpoint
Banha - MENA
Unidentified men attacked a security checkpoint in Banha on Sunday, killing one conscript and wounding three policemen.
The gunmen attacked police personnel stationed under Kafr el Ghazar bridge to secure the road leading to Gharbiya and Menoufiya.
The gunmen fired at the policemen from the bridge.
The wounded were ambulanced to Banha University Hospital.
Efforts are under way to arrest the attackers.
