11 civilians killed by Syrian regime sniper fire

Eleven Syrian civilians were killed by the regime snipers in Eastern Ghouta, to the east of Damascus, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said Wednesday.
The victims include a woman and her 5 children, two other women and a child, according to a SOHR statement.
The statement noted that activists accused regime snipers for killing them when they attempted to go out of the town of Zebdin in the Eastern Ghouta, adding that their relatives are from militiamen loyal to the regime forces in Htaytet Al-Jarash.
The regular troops opened fire from their heavy gun machines on areas in al- Kesweh orchards and Al-Soltani area in al- Zabadani city.
They also shelled areas in Harasta where the activists accused the regime to use gas during bombardment leading to injuries to many people.
