
A terrorist mortar attack that hit al-Zablatani area in the city of Damascus on Tuesday left eight civilians injured.
A source at the Police Command told SANA reporter that terrorists fired a mortar round which fell in Souq al-Hal (a grocery market) in al-Zablatani area, injuring 8 citizens and causing material damage to a number of cars.
In the same context, terrorists fired two mortar rounds on the center of Hasaka city, injuring five civilians and causing material damage to public and private properties, a source at the Police Command told SANA reporter.
The injured persons were transported to different hospitals in the city to receive necessary treatment, the source added.
In Idleb, two citizens were injured by mortar shells that hit a number of neighborhoods in the city today.
A source at Idleb Police Command told SANA reporter that terrorists fired 13 mortar shells on separate residential areas in the northern and western parts of Idleb city, in north Syria, injuring two citizens, who were admitted to the National Hospital of Idleb.
The terrorist attack also caused material damage to citizens’ houses and properties, the source added.
In the same context, a woman and a child were injured in a terrorist mortar attack that hit al-Joura neighborhood in the city of the northeastern province of Deir Ezzor.
A source in the province told SANA that terrorists fired a mortar shell that landed in the neighborhood, wounding a woman and a child.
