
Two Iraqi people were killed and nine others injured when two explosive devices went off in western Baghdad, security and local sources said on Wednesday.
The first explosion took place near a market place in Abu Ghraib district of Baghdad, killing two civilians and wounding five others, the sources added.
The second blast hit a police checkpoint in Yusufiyah district of Baghdad, injuring four people, according to the sources.
Meanwhile, Daesh militants have killed nine Iraqis, including two local commanders in western Ramadi city of Anbar province.
Also, they slew a young man in the central of Mosul city of Nineveh province.
