
Around 200,000 worshipers performed the first Friday prayers of Ramadan at Al Aqsa Mosque in Al Quds, director of Awqaf al Quds Azzam al Khatib said.
Al Aqsa halls were full of worshipers from some West Bank cities and Muslim states.
Al Khatib stressed the importance of allowing all Palestinians to enter Al Aqsa Mosque without any restrictions.
Israel allowed Palestinian men aged 40 years or older to enter the mosque without permits, whereas women of all ages were allowed in without an age restrictions.
