
Twenty-one people (21) died and 107 others were injured in 25 traffic accidents occurred during the last 48 hours nationwide, Civil Protection Saturday in a report.
The heaviest toll was recorded in the province of Sidi Bel Abbes where two people were killed and twenty others were injured in a collision between a light vehicle and a minibus, which occurred on the National Road N° 07, at the town of Hassi Zahana.
In addition, elements of civil protection proceeded to the extinction of 58 fires that ravaged 177 hectares of forest area and 108 hectares of bush.
