2.6m tons of wheat supplied by farmers till Sunday morning

A total of 2.6 million tons of local wheat have been supplied by farmers to silos until Sunday morning, according to a report by the Operations Room of the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).
The report was sent to the premier.
The Operations Room was formed by the government to face any complaint as regards wheat supply once received.
The three-month wheat harvest began mid April.
Government expects that 4 million tons of wheat to be supplied by farmers by the end of the set time.
The world's largest wheat importer has banned the trading of imported wheat in the domestic market without permission from the supply ministry during this year's harvest season, from April to July.
