Three home-made bombs went off in the districts of Helmeyet el Zaitoun and el Matriya Friday.
A bomb exploded near a person driving a motorcycle in el Matriya, leaving him with severe injures, a well-placed security source told MENA.
Two bombs exploded above Helmeyet el Zaitoun bridge with no casualties reported.
Sappers managed to defuse another bomb in the area.
They are now combing the area in search of any other explosives.
