
39 / elements of the IS were killed and / 67 / others were wounded on Friday by the Army Aviation bombing in Amerli.
Commander of the force of protecting Amerli, Colonel Mustafa Al-Bayati told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that the Army Aviation has bombed villages of Doura, Mar, Okhizail in Amerli, according to the information, and the aerial bombing killed 39 elements of the IS and injured 67 others, and burned 8 vehicles and 5 light weapons.
He added that the bombing also wounded / Hussein Saadoun / the so-called / the sniper of Anbar/ and the Amir of the IS in the region, who has been transferred to Syria for treatment across Mosul this morning.
Meanwhile, the Peshmerga forces foiled in Suleiman Bek another attack to the IS.
Lt. Col. Hakim Karim commander of the second regiment, brigade 16 of Peshmerga forces, said that the Peshmerga forces managed at dawn today in Suleiman Bek, south of Kirkuk, 85 km of foiling a violent attack by the IS on the second batch of Brigade 16 of the Peshmerga forces.
He pointed out that this is the third time in which the IS groups attack this area during the 24 hours, but the Peshmerga forces managed to thwart all attempts.
He said that the Army Aviation bombed the IS in villages on the borders of Suleiman Bek and inflicted them big losses.
