4 killed by explosive device in Baghdad

Four Iraqis were killed while 17 others were injured when an explosive charge went off near a mosque in southern Baghdad. According to security sources, the device was planted near a mosque in al-Elam neighborhood in the Iraqi capital. Police forces cordoned off the place of explosion and ambulances moved the injured to nearby hospitals. Baghdad witnessed during the last few days a series of explosions that killed and injured dozens of citizens.
