The 4th Jeddah Human Resources Forum 2012 will kick off here today at Jeddah Hilton under the theme “Toward a Sustainable Human Development”. The three-day forum will discuss the best human resources practices in terms of employment mechanisms, training, maintaining and developing Saudi talents in business sectors that include manufacturing, construction, retailing and services. Samir bin Muhammad Hussien, head of the Human Resources Committee at Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and president of the forum, said the forum will concentrate on modern applications in different business sectors. It The forum is organized by Ehab Abu Rukba’s AME Group in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Labor and the Human Resources Committee at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and it is considered the biggest gathering of human resource experts. In previous years, the forum focused on strategic partnership of the government and the private sector.
