
Iraqi joint forces backed by Iraqi warplanes and the US-led international coalition on Friday killed 51 Daesh militants in Anbar and Salahuddin provinces.
Coalition warplanes carried out 16 sorties, killing 24 Daesh militants and destroying 10 hideouts, nine machine guns, two vehicles, a personnel carrier, a mortar projectile, and a weapons depot belonging to the terrorist group, the Iraqi Joint Operations Command said.
Forces of Baghdad Operations Command killed two Daesh terrorists in northeastern Fallujah in Anbar province.
Forces of Slahuddin Operations Command killed 25 Daesh militants in the province under an air cover by the Iraqi Air Force and the international coalition.
