8 tons of drugs, 96m narcotic pills seized during one month

The public security sector at the Interior Ministry launched a security campaign to restore law and order at the Egyptian street.
The campaign was launched according to the directives of Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar.
It resulted in seizing 2,760 drug cases, 7.5 tons of Bhang, 219 kilograms of cannabis and 29 kilograms of Heroin during one month.
The campaign resulted also in arresting 217 criminals who formed 70 gangs and committed 344 robberies.
Six fugitives were also nabbed.
