
A latest public opinion poll showed that 84.6% of Egyptians consider as "positive" the performance of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi at the current stage.
The poll, conducted by the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC), showed that 68.6 percent of those polled are satisfied with the performance of the government of Ibrahim Mahlab and that 72 percent have confidence in the government.
The poll also showed that 67% of Egyptians believe that situation is moving on the right direction, attributing this to the improvement of the economic situation and efforts to restore order on streets.
Up to 81% of those surveyed believe that policemen are doing their job rightly.
As for services, the poll showed that 53% of Egyptians complain of growing prices while 62% talked about the improvement in cleaning roads and streets.
The poll results were sent to Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab.
